Career Trajectory Fund – Faculty
It was first established in the 2006-2010 Collective Agreement with a mandate to address and adjust the salaries of Probationary, Tenured, and Limited-Term Members whose salaries were determined to be below a trajectory appropriate to their career stage when compared to similar faculty at other institutions. The Career Trajectory Adjustment Committee, now known as the Career Trajectory Fund Committee, is comprised of representatives from both UWOFA and the Employer and allocates funds based on factors that include gender, years of service, years since highest degree, and highest degree.
